I am Liz, and I hope you find what you are looking for here.

Welcome! We want to congratulate you for making it here and taking the first step toward planning for everyone and everything you love. We cherish the opportunity to help secure what you love. We look forward to learning your story, hearing what matters to you, and helping you to discover what’s actually needed to keep your loved one’s out of court and out of conflict when something happens to you (or them).

We are located in Juneau, Alaska and work with people mainly throughout Southeast Alaska, but can work virtually with anyone in the State.

Our goal is to help you take action that you might not otherwise take, or have been putting off for a long time. We know that talking to a lawyer can be scary. We know that facing incapacity, death, changes to your family – can all be scary topics. That’s why we make it as easy as possible for you, maybe even fun.
